ICI doesn't have any real tutorial documentation. This page hopes to rectify that to some extent. Below are links to a number of notes about ICI, its implementation or programming methods.

If you would like to contribute notes by all means do so. Simply mail me the note and I'll incorporate it (I may do some markup to make it fit into the scheme of things but would appreciate if you could do that, just copy one of the other notes).
